Yo entiendo lo dificil que es tratar de sentirse mejor cuando las cosas no van bien.

Cuando eran muy joven experimente eventos traumaticos que dejaron huella en mi. Yo no entiendia la naturaleza de mis simtomas y de porque me sentia triste o enojada. Esa fue la razon principal para empezar mis estudios en psicologia. Con el tiempo aprendi que hay ayuda y que existen typos de terapia que si pueden ayudarnos.

Durante el trascurso de mi propio sanamiento y con la experiencia como consejera profesional he identificado que una terapia con diferentes tecnicas y comprehension amorosa aumenta significativamente los buenos resultados de el tratamiento de ansiedad, depresion, trauma o problemas en relaciones personales.

Soy residente de este país desde hace muchos años, por lo que me identifico perfectamente con dos culturas. Ofrezco terapia en español e inglés, lo cual es importante porque te hará sentir bienvenido en un espacio privado y seguro donde no serás juzgado.

Me encanta la naturaleza y su balance. Soy una orgullosa duena de dos perritos, y un gatito llamado Caoi.

I understand how difficult it is to try to feel better when things are not going well. When I was very young, I experienced traumatic events that left a mark on me.

I didn't understand the nature of my symptoms or why I felt sad or angry, affecting my relationships with others. That was the main reason for starting my studies in psychology. Over time, I learned that there is help available and that there are therapy types that can help us. During the course of my own healing journey and through my experience as a professional counselor, I have identified that therapy with compassion and loving understanding that includes different techniques significantly reduces symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, or problems in personal relationships.

I am a bilingual counselor fluent in two beautiful languages and experienced in two cultures. I hold a master's degree in Counseling and Psychology studies.

I am passionate about helping people. My primary goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you can feel without fear of being judged.

I have a deep appreciation for nature's beauty and balance. I am the proud owner of two beautiful dogs, Molly and Maverick. In addition to my furry family members, I also have a handsome grey cat named Caoi.
